Music Ministry has long been woven into the DNA of First Baptist Church of Mount Holly. While the structure of music and worship leadership has taken many forms over the last few decades, its role in supporting and enhancing the worship experience has remained a core priority. A foundational responsibility of a Director/Minister of Music is to collaborate with Ministerial staff in planning worship so that music and arts complement and enhance our shared worship experience. As we define other expectations and responsibilities for this role, we want to ensure that it aligns with the desires and values of our congregation while supporting meaningful worship experiences.
Your input is invaluable in helping us discern the qualities, responsibilities, and expectations for our next Director/Minister of Music. We have created a survey to gather feedback from a range of perspectives, recognizing the diverse ways in which music contributes to our worship and community life. Your thoughtful responses will help guide our decision-making process.

In addition to this survey, we will host a conversation this Wednesday, February 12, at 6:15 PM in the Fellowship Hall.
