First Baptist Church of Mount Holly (North Carolina), is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join their team in a crucial role that serves as the backbone of the church’s daily operations. This full-time, salaried position requires 26 hours per week and reports directly to the Pastor. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented individual with exceptional organizational and communication skills.

Key responsibilities include serving as the first point of contact for church members and visitors, managing church records, preparing weekly bulletins and monthly newsletters, coordinating events, and maintaining the master calendar. The role also involves processing weekly donations and assisting with financial tasks.
