First Baptist Church of Mount Holly (North Carolina) is seeking an Part-Time Minister of Music to lead our worship experiences and help our community encounter God through music. The position is primarily responsible for planning for worship services, ensuring each service draws the congregation closer to God. Additional duties include guiding the church-wide music and worship ministry.
The ideal candidate will have a strong personal faith, experience in leading worship services, and willing to work on a staff focused on collaboration. Excellent communication skills and a humble spirit are essential. This position requires 20-25 hours per week, including Sundays and special services, with a competitive salary based on experience.
