First Baptist Church of Mount Holly (North Carolina) is seeking an Interim Part-Time Minister of Music to lead our worship experiences and help our community encounter God through music. In this transitional role, you will plan and select music for worship services, ensuring each service draws the congregation closer to God.
The ideal candidate will have a strong personal faith, experience in leading worship services, and willing to work with a staff focused on collaboration. Excellent communication skills and a humble spirit are essential. This position requires 20-25 hours per week, including Sundays and special services, with a competitive salary based on experience.
